a  specific deep sea tug is permanently employed in deep sea towage, primarily between Europe, the USA, Africa and the Mediterranean Sea
  Salvage Operations
ships in distress always have priority to avoid loss of ship, cargo and lives but also to avoid environmental damages. With tugs stationed along the North-West-European coastline, FAIRPLAY is a professional salvor regularly involved in salvage operations.
  Coastal Protection
Fairplay is founding member of the "ARGE Küstenschutz", a Joint Service of the leading towage companies in Germany. The tugs "Fairplay-25" and "Fairplay-26" are part of the "German Coastal Protection Scheme" and have been stationed at Rostock and Sassnitz to respond to maritime emergencies.
  Off-Shore Services
for decades, Fairplay offers offshore support services. Since the commissioning of our FAIRPLAY-21-type tugs with 4500 bhp and 52 tbp in 1998, we are frequently involved in this maritime sector. Equipped with bow- and stern-towing-winches these azimuth stern drive Schottel type tugs are widely accepted by offshore operators due to the versatility.
  Pontoon Chartering
with a fleet of multi-purpose working pontoons (36x9 mtrs, 240 tdw), we serve the building industry for coastal construction projects, temporary vehicle bridges and work pontoons for water-/quay-related maintenance works. In October 2001 we have commissioned a series of road transportable pontoons (3x12m and 3x6m). These pontoons are mainly designed for construction works in locks and canals. Equipped with versatile coupling-mechanisms, these pontoons can be connected to platforms in various sizes and for various loads (upto 165 tons).

Pushers

To move pontoons and other crafts, Fairplay has two pushboats stationed in Szczecin. These 770 HP strong boats are predominantly employed on the River Odra but have also been involved already in constructing finger-piers and other water-related projects along the Baltic shoreline. With a draft of only 1,20m they are able to operate in shallow waters.
