| 2000/1 | FAIRPLAY | commissions the newbuildinbgs "FAIRPLAY 25" and "FAIRPLAY 26" with each 5500 BHP and 65 tons bollard pull. |
| 2001/2 | FAIRPLAY | charters out the latest newbuilding "FAIRPLAY 25" and "FAIRPLAY 26" to the German Government as "Emergency Towing Vessel". With stations at Rostock and Sassnitz/ Ruegen Island these tugs are part of the "Germany Coastal Protection Scheme". |
| 2003 | FAIRPLAY | buys the marine activities of the Szczecin-based former Porta Holding Group. The company is renamed Project Zegluga and starts a harbour towage competition in Szczecin. |
| 2004 | FAIRPLAY | becomes 50% shareholder of the Belgian towage provider "Unie van Redding- en Sleepdienst" (URS), Antwerp. In this 50/50 partnership with Smit International, URS continues as an independent company under its own name. URS operates more than 45 tugs in the ports of Antwerp, Flushing, Terneuzen, Ghent, Zeebrugge and Oostend |
